Terms of use
This Agreement defines the terms of use of the site's materials and services by Users https://goal-life.com/en/ (the "Site").
General conditions
1.1. the Use of the Site's materials and services is governed by the current legislation of Ukraine.
1.2. This Agreement is a public offer. When the user gets access to the materials, they are considered to have agreed to this Agreement.
1.3. the Site Administration has the right to unilaterally change the terms and conditions at any time present agreement. Such changes will take effect three days after the date of the change posting the new version of the Agreement on the site. Users monitor the changes themselves.
1.4. If the User does not agree with the changes made, he must refuse access to the Site, stop using the Site's materials and services.
2. User obligations
2.1. The user agrees not to violate the Ukrainian legislation or norms international law, including in the field of intellectual property, copyright and/or related rights, as well as any actions that lead or may lead to a violation of the normal operation of the Site and the Site's services.
2.2. Use of the Site materials without the consent of the copyright holders is not allowed. To use the Site materials correctly, you must sign a license agreement with the copyright Holder.
2.3. When citing materials of the Site, including copyrighted works, link to the Site is required.
2.5. The user is warned that the Website Administration is not responsible for visiting and using external resources that may be linked to on the site.
2.6. The user agrees that Website Administration is not responsible for and does not has direct or indirect obligations to the User due to any possible or any resulting loss or damage that is related to any content on the Site.
3. Other conditions
3.1. Pre-trial procedure for settlement of disputes mandatory. All disputes are sent by email terms@goal-life.com
3.2. If a court finds a clause of the offer invalid, it does not mean that other terms and conditions do not apply.
3.2. Nothing in the Agreement can be understood as establishing between the User and Site administration of Agency relations, partnership relations, and software relations joint activities, personal employment relationships, or any other relationship not expressly provided for in the Agreement.
3.4. Inaction on the part of the Site Administration in case of violation by any of the Users of the terms of the Agreement do not deprive the Site Administration of the right to take later, appropriate actions to protect their interests and copyright protection on protected in accordance with the law, the content of the Site. The user confirms that they are familiar with all the clauses of this Agreement and unconditionally accept them.
